1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
All international orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP) unless otherwise stated.
Customers are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges assessed by the destination country.
These fees are not included in:

Shipping charges
-
Checkout totals

Billing or invoices
2. NO PREPAYMENT OR COVERAGE OF FEES
FLX Factory LLC does not collect, prepay, estimate, or cover customs or duty fees at any point during checkout or fulfillment.
Failure to pay required import charges may result in:

Delayed delivery

Returned shipments
-
Abandoned packages

Additional carrier fees
3. REFUSED OR RETURNED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
If an international shipment is:

Refused due to unpaid customs or duties

Returned to sender

Abandoned by the carrier or customs authority
The customer remains responsible for:

Original shipping charges
-
Return shipping charges
-
Any customs, brokerage, or carrier fees incurred
Refunds, if issued, will be reduced by these costs and are not guaranteed.
4. NO CUSTOMS GUARANTEES
FLX Factory LLC has no control over:

Customs clearance timelines
-
Inspection decisions
-
Fee assessments
-
Import restrictions
We make no guarantees regarding delivery times once a shipment enters the destination country.
5. CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

The product complies with local import laws

The product is permitted in the destination country

All required permits or documentation are obtained
We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an international order.
6. POLICY ENFORCEMENT
FLX Factory LLC reserves the right to:

Cancel international orders at our discretion

Refuse service to customers who repeatedly refuse customs charges

Modify this policy at any time without notice
