PRODUCT LIABILITY & INSTALLATION WAIVER

ANKR-POINT™ Bow Retention System

By purchasing, installing, or using the ANKR-POINT™ Bow Retention System, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that installing and using a vehicle-mounted archery bow retention system involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle movement, sudden stops, collisions, and equipment failure.

You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.

2. INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for proper installation

  • Improper installation may cause serious injury, death, or property damage

  • FLX Factory LLC is not responsible for installation errors

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge FLX Factory LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims arising out of:

  • Installation

  • Use or misuse

  • Modification

  • Vehicle operation

4. NO GUARANTEES

FLX Factory LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Movement prevention under all driving conditions

  • Compatibility with all vehicles

  • Compliance with every jurisdiction’s laws

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLX Factory LLC from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the product.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing or using ANKR-POINT™, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this waiver

  • You accept all risks

  • You agree this waiver is legally binding
