SHIPPING RATES (USA)

  • $4.99 flat-rate shipping on standard U.S. orders

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100 (automatically applied at checkout)

  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping

Shipping rates and available options are displayed at checkout prior to payment.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after successful payment.

Processing times vary based on:

  • Inventory status

  • Order volume

  • Production conditions


IN-STOCK ITEMS

Standard handling time: 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are products available for advance purchase but not currently in stock.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge:

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout

  • Estimated handling time is approximately 2–3 weeks

  • Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed

  • Production, supply chain, or logistical delays may occur

Pre-order timelines are good-faith estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.


2. COMBINED ORDERS

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may:

  • Ship together, or

  • Ship separately

At our discretion.

Shipment of one portion does not constitute incomplete fulfillment of the remaining items.


3. USA & CANADA SHIPPING

Transit time is determined by the shipping method selected at checkout.

Most U.S. and Canadian orders arrive within 7 business days after shipment confirmation, though delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery typically occurs within 7–30 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Import regulations

  • Local carrier delays

  • Duties or inspections

FLX Factory LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.


5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

International customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes / VAT

  • Brokerage or handling fees

  • Charges imposed by local authorities

Failure to pay required fees may result in delayed, returned, or abandoned shipments. Refunds in these cases may be reduced by incurred carrier costs.


6. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Address changes after shipment

  • Failed delivery attempts

If tracking shows “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.


7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we may assist with a carrier investigation; replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.


8. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Supply chain disruption

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Government action

  • Platform outages

Delays within commercially reasonable fulfillment timeframes do not constitute breach of contract.
