What We Cover

This warranty covers manufacturer defects — issues caused by materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

  • Defects in materials (example: a part that cracks under normal use due to a material flaw)
  • Defects in workmanship (example: a part that was assembled or finished incorrectly)
  • Hardware issues that are clearly a manufacturing problem

If you’re not sure whether something is a defect, contact us and we’ll help you figure it out. Most manufacturer defects (if any exist) typically become apparent within the first few months.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

To keep things fair and simple, the warranty does not cover issues caused by use outside of normal intended use.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, or scratches
  • Damage from accidents, impacts, misuse, or improper installation
  • Damage from modifying the product or using non-approved parts
  • Over-tightening screws or using excessive force
  • Damage caused by using the product in a way it was not designed for

Important: You can hand-tighten screws, or use a 5/32 Allen wrench. Do not over-tighten. Snug and secure is all that’s needed.

What We’ll Do If There’s a Defect

If we confirm a manufacturer defect, we’ll work with you to make it right. The resolution may include repair, replacement of the defective part, or a comparable solution.

  • We’ll review your photos and details
  • If needed, we may ask for additional pictures or a short video
  • We’ll confirm next steps after review

Warranty decisions are made case-by-case based on the information provided and the condition of the product.
