RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:

The product arrives damaged

The product has a verified manufacturing defect

The incorrect item was shipped by FLX Factory LLC
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
2. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Pre-order purchases may be canceled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund to the original payment method.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to this Return Policy.
Estimated pre-order fulfillment windows (approximately 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated) are not guaranteed. Delays within commercially reasonable timeframes do not constitute grounds for automatic refund unless the order is canceled prior to shipment.
3. REQUIRED RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns require prior written approval.
You must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To qualify for return or replacement:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

The product must be returned in original packaging

All components, hardware, and accessories must be included
🚫 Installed, used, modified, or partially installed products are not eligible for return or refund.
5. NON-RETURNABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products installed or attempted to be installed

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or negligence

Incorrect vehicle selection

Incorrect color, size, or configuration selected by customer

Buyer’s remorse

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage occurring during return shipping

Orders delayed within estimated shipping or pre-order timeframes
6. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
If a return is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

Issue a replacement, or
-
Issue a refund to the original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.
7. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your order arrives damaged:
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

Photos of the damaged product

Photos of packaging
-
Photos of shipping label
Failure to provide documentation may void eligibility.
8. REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS
Orders returned due to:

Incorrect shipping information

Refused delivery

Failure to pay international duties
May be subject to:

Restocking fees

Original shipping charges

Return shipping charges

Carrier-imposed fees
Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and may be reduced by incurred costs.
9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Carrier investigations may be initiated at our discretion.
10. POLICY ENFORCEMENT
FLX Factory LLC reserves the right to:

Deny returns that do not meet policy requirements

Refuse service for abuse of return privileges

Submit order confirmations, delivery confirmation, IP logs, and transaction records in any payment dispute

Modify this policy at any time
